As the Society has grown, we wanted a way to continue hosting with intention while accommodating members thoughtfully. The reserved seat structure allows us to plan in advance and preserve the intimate experience that defines Strawberry Society.

Yes. The four quarterly gatherings remain the foundation of Strawberry Society and will continue to be hosted with the same care, attention, and intimacy.

No. Reserved seating is guaranteed only for the gatherings included in your selected option. You can add on any of the available social throughout the year.

Reserved seating means your place is held for you in advance for the gatherings included in your membership. There are no waitlists, no overbooking, and no uncertainty around availability.

Strawberry Socials are additional, optional opportunities to connect throughout the year. These are lighter, more casual gatherings designed to foster familiarity and deepen relationships beyond the quarterly gatherings. This will also be an opportunities for you to treat your team to a fun outing.

Enrollment and membership opportunities are offered once per year. The next enrollment period will open at the fourth quarter gathering for 2027. However, you can apply at anytime.

No. Membership guarantees your seat but you must attend two quarterly dinners per year to keep your membership in good standing.

No. Sponsorship opportunities are separate from membership enrollment and event participation. We will have more information on sponsorship Feb 1st.
